Is an app needed to use ScanOrTap?

No. Customers simply tap their phone or scan the QR code, and business owners access ScanOrTap through a web browser on their phone or computer. Neither needs to download a ScanOrTap app.

Do I need a subscription for the free experience?

No. Basic tap-and-scan access is included with every ScanOrTap setup, and Google review touchpoints come with the free review-page flow.

What does the subscription pay for?

Paid plans add low review filtering, a branded review page, scan tracking, analytics, and a dashboard to read private feedback and follow up using contact details customers choose to share. With filtering, 1–3-star ratings go to a private feedback form and 4–5-star ratings go to Google. Business limits depend on your plan.

Can I change my Google review link later?

Yes. Contact us with your updated Google review link, and we’ll update your touchpoint’s destination for you.

Can I manage several businesses in one account?

Yes. Multiple businesses can share one account on the free tier, with basic tap-and-scan features for each. For paid features, Starter covers 1 business, Growth up to 3, and Pro up to 5.

What happens if I cancel?

Your paid access continues through the current billing period. After that, paid features and business limits are adjusted based on the account status.
